Robbie Capito, Moritz Neuhausen, Johann Chua, and Jayson Shaw now sit at the top of the leaderboard, each with seven match wins. Capito maintains his lead by the slimmest of margins, with just a two-rack difference keeping Neuhausen in second place.

In partnership with the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Sarajevo Canton, the 2025 IFX Premier League Pool is being hosted for the first time at Hills Hotel in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The tournament runs from March 20-27, bringing thrilling nine-ball action to the heart of the Balkans, live on WNT TV along with other major broadcasters.

Capito’s six-match winning streak was finally snapped by Kledio Kaçi, who handed the Hong Kong star his first defeat of the tournament. Capito bounced back with a crucial victory over Francisco Sanchez Ruiz but suffered another setback against Pijus Labutis, losing 5-2. With Neuhausen closing in, the battle for the top spot is heating up.

Neuhausen continued his impressive climb up the table following his three-match win streak on Day Two. He opened the day with a commanding 5-2 win over Labutis before suffering a setback against younger Kaçi. However, the young German quickly recovered, defeating Bui Truong to solidify his position in second place.

Chua made an early statement on Day Three, whitewashing Sanjin Pehlivanovic before securing a key victory over Reyes Cup MVP Aloysius Yapp. However, his momentum was halted in his final match, falling to Sanchez Ruiz. The Spaniard also put together a strong run with wins over Chua and Yapp but narrowly missed breaking into the top five after a loss to Capito.

Defending champion Shane Van Boening continued to struggle, suffering his fourth consecutive loss in a hill-hill battle against Tyler Styer. However, the American finally turned his fortunes around, securing back-to-back wins over Jayson Shaw and Duong Quoc Hoang to move up the rankings.

Shaw, despite falling to Van Boening, stayed in the mix with two crucial victories. He edged past Eklent Kaçi in a dramatic hill-hill finish before comfortably defeating Edward Koyongian, securing his seventh match win to remain in the top four.

Bui Truong’s tough Premier League Pool debut continued as he remained winless on Day Three, falling to Styer, Neuhausen, and fellow Vietnamese player Duong Quoc Hoang, who capped off his day with a ruthless 5-0 whitewash over Bui.
